1. Services

SRAJ Packers And Movers provides packing, loading, transportation, unloading and unpacking services for household goods, office equipment, cars and bikes across Jharkhand, subject to availability and prior booking confirmation.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided over phone or online are estimates based on the information you share. Final pricing is confirmed after a physical or virtual survey and may vary based on actual volume, distance, floor access and any additional services requested.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon payment of an advance amount, where applicable. Balance payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Responsibility	Details
Accurate Information	Provide correct pickup/delivery addresses and an accurate inventory of goods.
Prohibited Items	Do not include hazardous, illegal or perishable items in your shipment.
Access	Ensure reasonable vehicle access at both pickup and delivery locations.
Valuables	Declare high-value items in advance so appropriate handling and insurance can be arranged.

5. Insurance & Liability

Transit insurance is available and recommended for all shipments. Where insurance is not opted for, our liability for loss or damage is limited as per standard industry practice and will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move wherever possible. Advance payments may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after vehicle/staff allocation.

7. Delays

While we aim for on-time pickup and delivery, timelines may be affected by weather, road conditions, traffic restrictions or events beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate any expected delays promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

SRAJ Packers And Movers shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays or disruptions outside our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand having jurisdiction over any disputes.
